Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $75. Flat rate shipping of $5 on all orders under $75. Orders will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on package size. Some larger items may ship via UPS. All orders will be sent out next business day.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will always do our best to help work with the postal service, but please file a claim with USPS before reaching out.

Refund Policy

We accept returns on unworn, unused merchandise with original tags, within 14 days of purchase. Must present original receipt for a full refund. Store credit will be issued on returns after 14 days. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from purchase date. All "SALE" items are final. Baby registry gifts may be returned 14 days after shower date.

All online returns can be mailed to 300 Main Street, Spearman, TX 79081. Once the item is received, and reviewed a refund will be issued. Within 14 days, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. After 14 days, store credit will be issued and NO returns will be accepted after 60 days from purchase date.

Bows & Arrows is a children's clothing, toy and gift boutique located in the Texas panhandle. We offer items sized newborn to size 10 and gifts for everyone in between. I know you have a lot of options when it comes to shopping online, so I am so thankful you landed here!

Like I said, my name is Taleigh and owning my own store has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember!

I grew up in a suburb of Houston, then attended college at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX (wreck ‘em!) where I met my husband, Lance. After a year in the big city of Dallas and working in the corporate world, we decided to move back to his hometown of Spearman, TX in 2012. We have 3 beautiful children here with us on earth and one sweet angel baby boy watching over us from Heaven. We opened Bows & Arrows in 2017, and we are so thankful for each and every customer along the way!
